Standard Terms and Conditions of Engagement

Project estimates will clearly indicate all costs included within the project, typically including management time, fieldwork and associated purchased services, analysis of findings, and a full debrief presentation using MS-PowerPoint.

In addition to the debriefing, an electronic copy of the presentation will be made available with two colour A4-bound hard copies also provided.

Our terms of business are 50% payment on project commissioning and 50% on final presentation. All costs exclude VAT. Payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation charge of 50% of the full fee if a project is cancelled after commission.
